Calling all beer lovers, professional wine-rs and cocktail connoisseurs!
Barrels & Bites is BACK on September 8, 2023, and will feature ton’s of themed alcohol and spirit booths and themed rooms, as well as delicious food provided by Reno’s hottest local eateries.

Schedule:

4:00 pm: Will Call/Doors Open

6:45 pm: Diamond Drop Winner Announced

7:00 pm: Mobile Auction ends and Live Auction Starts

7:30 pm: Barrels & Bites Passport Drawing for a 16-Day African Adventure

8:00 pm: End of event

Adventure in the Wild West at our Whiskey Coral, catch up with friends in our Beer Garden or dance the night away at the Silent Disco!

A silent and live auction rounds out the event with all proceeds benefiting the
Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows

Then, tickets will be available for $125 at the door at 3:30 PM at the Peppermill.

Only 2,000 tickets will be sold.

New This Year: Barrels & Bites Passports!

Passports will be available for an additional $50 at check-in and inside the event at the Passport Station.

There will be five stations inside Barrels & Bites to get your passport stamped. Completed Barrels & Bites Passports that are turned in by 7:30 pm at the Passport Station will be entered to win a once in a lifetime African Safari Adventure!

Need not be present to win so long as your Passport is completed and legible.
